Complete condominium renovation. Project scope of work included revamping kitchen: appliances, countertops, hardware.  Master bathroom was demolished down to studs and completely rebuilt with a custom walk-in steam shower. New LED lighting was added throughout condo as well as decorative light fixtures and art lighting. The private resident elevator that opens up into the unit was wrapped in a brush brass paneling to match the existing brass hardware of private lobby.
